These are just some of the words that guests to The Nest often use once they have enjoyed a couple of hours, a morning or a whole day retreat here. The Nest – is nestled at the bottom of my Farmhouse garden, under the 200 yr old Oak tree. Cladded in English Oak panels, fully insulated and can be yours to enjoy with Friends, your team and/or clients.
The Nest comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Strong Wifi, cups, glasses, tea, coffee, sugar and oat milk are complementary. With a kettle and a large fridge plus hot running water in two Butler sinks for you to use. Also included in the hire is use of the log burner (kindling and logs provided) to keep you nice and toasty during the winter months. The tables can be folded should we wish to use the space differently and there is an Eco loo for your convenience.
During the warm summer months, the large double glazed doors can be opened and hooked safely for the cool breeze to waft in. My gravel driveway can take 10 cars safely and I am usually here to assist tight parking and also assist your safe departure onto the road.

hire options
The Nest can be hired exclusively by either: Hourly, 3 hour morning or afternoon sessions, short day or long day agreements.
You are also welcome to hire it during the evening and Saturdays (but the Nest is not available on Sundays).
Refreshments
A light vegetarian lunch using china plates and proper cutlery. Locally baked cakes can also be arranged, and during the Christmas season I can organise mulled wine to be bubbling away on the log burner and warm mince pies can be made ready for your arrival.
