Could there be a more twinklingly festive setting for wreathing making than Holkham Hall? In this three-hour workshop, you’ll make an extra large luxury wreath, dressing your woven willow base with spruce, ivy and pine cones harvested from the estate, scented cinnamon sticks and kiln-dried citrus fruits slices. For some bling, dust with snow or sparkle – or entwine some fairy lights, which can be purchased on the day. Mulled wine, mince pies and hot drinks are included. Don’t forget your prickle-proof gloves. £80 per person including parking. This is the first of a series of Wild Oaks Christmas Wreathing workshops, also held on 5 Dec at All Saints Church Ashwicken, 7 Dec at Ely Cathedral, 9 Dec at The Nest in East Winch (Wild Oak Workshops HQ), and 11 Dec at Watatunga Wildlife Reserve.
