DESCRIPTION

Katie from Wild Oak Workshops is bringing her outstanding Christmas Wreath Workshop, to WhataHoot Distillery in King's Lynn. To really get you in the festive spirit you will be creating your stunning wreath whist enjoying delicious Christmas G&T and Nibbles. 

WhataHoot will be serving their seasonal Festive Tawny Owl Gin & Tonic, along with delicious seasonal nibbles to tantalise your tastebuds. What a perfect way to spend a wintery Tuesday evening than in the warmth of WhatAHoot Distillery, with friends, creating your beautiful wreath over a glass (or two) of G&T!

At this relaxed workshop you will be weaving armfuls of locally harvested spruce, pine cones foraged from the forest floor, hedgerow teasels, deliciously scented cinnamon sticks and kiln dried orange fruit slices, all weaved into a natural willow wreath base and nestled amongst lichen and moss to create a natural, wild look to your wreath.

Then choose from a gorgeous selection of ribbons, raffia or twine to choose how you wish to hang your beautiful Wreath on your front door. Should you wish, as an optional extra, Katie will show you how to carefully entwine fairy lights* (battery operated) to your wreath. So your wreath can be admired all through those dark wintery evenings. A dusting of snow and extra sparkles can add a magical touch at the end of the creative session. Katie looks forward to sharing her love of nature and knowledge about this gentle season.

*£5 extra to pay cash on the day for fairy lights.

If you can, please bring prickle-proof gloves as we will be working with spiky teasels.

Please always include your mobile number in your email, in case I needs to contact you on the day. When booking multiple tickets please advise Katie of your guests name. Also if you would like to be seated next to your friend then please include that in your email.

LOCATION

WhataHoot HQ - 7a King Street, King’s Lynn, NorfolkPE30 1ET

There is plenty of parking nearby either in the main Tuesday Market Place or Purfleet Car Park. Both car parks need coins and are 2 mins walk to What a Hoot. 

You can also travel by train to Kings Lynn with an approx 10 minute walk from the Train station. There is a bus service too that comes into the central Kings Lynn bus terminal with a 10 mins walk to What a Hoot.
